With all of the excitement over Jamie West's scoring bonanza (West has scored 17 of Laney's 29 points during the first half), it is easy to overlook the fact that Laney has continued to take care of the important things. The Wildcats have held Manchester to 19 first half points, and Laney recently held a 14-6 rebounding advantage! This team is so fundamentally sound. They play extremely hard. They play together. And they play smart.
