In a rematch between two of the area's top teams, Westside, playing at home, looks to avenge an earlier loss to Aiken in this "monster matchup." In the first matchup, Aiken was paced by guard Erin Gilmore's 19 points. Westside's versatile wing Jahmia Brantley led the Patriots with 16 points.
