Glenn Hills Moves to 15-0!

Naquan Turner scored 18 points to lead Glenn Hills to a 63-50 home victory over ARC Tuesday. Glenn Hills (15-0, 3-0) is still undefeated after its third consecutive sub region 3B-AAAA win.

The first half was a defensive battle between both teams. The Musketeers started in a half-court zone while the Spartans started in a zone press. Both teams' offensive play was made possible by forced turnovers. Santo Nina had 8 points including 5 free throws for the Spartans and Rashaund Lee had 9 points for the Musketeers in the first half. After four lead changes the Spartans went into the locker room leading 25-24. 

    
The Spartans got a strong third quarter performance, outscoring ARC 22-13. Glenn Hills proved to be the more physical team, wearing ARC down before ending the game on a 15-4 run. 

    
The Spartans aim to stay undefeated Friday as they host Cross Creek (10-6 2-1) in sub region 3B-AAAA action. The Musketeers will host Hephzibah, another team seeking its first sub region win.
