ABR Spring League: Opening Game

The Suns and the Celtics opened the ABR Spring League in style tonight at 6 P.M. at the Patriots Park recreation center in Grovetown, Georgia.  After trailing 38-32 at halftime, the Celtics battled back into the game and took the lead before Dontae Coleman's three pointer with :05 remaining put the Celtics ahead for good 73-72.

Both teams' guards put on a show, converting from long range and attacking the basket throughout the game.  Dontae Coleman (25) Marquis Leverett (4), and Keynan White (23) led the way for the Celtics, while Matt Miller (4), Austin Crown(5), TJ Shepperd (24), Dontae Wright (10), and Jacob Buchanan (32) all made positive contributions for the Suns.

The Celtics take the court again Thursday versus the Grizzlies at 5 P.M. at Patriots Park.  The Suns will face the ABR Spring League's newest team, the Hornets, next Tuesday at 7 P.M. at Aquinas.
