ABR Spring League: Celtics vs Spurs

The Celtics defeated the Spurs 66-63 Tuesday night, improving to 3-1.  The Spurs fall to 1-3.  The game was very entertaining, as you will see in the highlights below.

ABR Spring League: Suns vs Sixers

In this Tuesday night ABR Spring League matchup, which features many of the areas best players, the Suns improve to 2-0 with a 67-65 win over the Sixers, who hold an 0-1 record.  Enjoy the highlights.

ABR Spring League: Spurs vs Heat

All three of this week's ABR Spring League games have been decided by one point.  All three have been high scoring games.  And all three have been very exciting.  Enjoy the highlights of the most recent league game between the Heat and the Spurs.  Felton Hatcher buried a deep three pointer to give the Heat a 1-0 record.  Enjoy the highlights (below), and watch the league's second round of games live Thursday starting at 5 P.M. at Patriots Park!




ABR Spring League: Thunder vs Grizzlies

The Thunder defeated the Grizzlies 76-75 Monday at Patriots Park in the second official ABR Spring League game.  The Thunder squad was led by the high scoring Frank Booker, who scored in every way possible, and 6'9" Isaiah Manderson, who was impressive in the post.  The Grizzlies benefitted from a balanced attack as they took the Thunder to the final possession.  Enjoy the highlights!

Spring Feature: Ice Breaker Championship Game (17u)

The 2012 Ice Breaker Invitational field was packed with good AAU teams.  And the 17u championship game showcased some of the best teams and players that the southeast has to offer.  The video below speaks for itself.  Check out the action and look for more highlights from the Ice Breaker and other Spring and Summer basketball action!

ABR Spring League: Opening Game



The Suns and the Celtics opened the ABR Spring League in style tonight at 6 P.M. at the Patriots Park recreation center in Grovetown, Georgia.  After trailing 38-32 at halftime, the Celtics battled back into the game and took the lead before Dontae Coleman's three pointer with :05 remaining put the Celtics ahead for good 73-72.

Both teams' guards put on a show, converting from long range and attacking the basket throughout the game.  Dontae Coleman (25) Marquis Leverett (4), and Keynan White (23) led the way for the Celtics, while Matt Miller (4), Austin Crown(5), TJ Shepperd (24), Dontae Wright (10), and Jacob Buchanan (32) all made positive contributions for the Suns.

The Celtics take the court again Thursday versus the Grizzlies at 5 P.M. at Patriots Park.  The Suns will face the ABR Spring League's newest team, the Hornets, next Tuesday at 7 P.M. at Aquinas.
