Sheppard Leads North Augusta to Home Win

Senior TJ Sheppard scored 35 points and led North Augusta to an 84-59 region victory over Lexington at home Friday.  The win narrows Lexington and Aiken's region standings lead over the Yellow Jackets to one game.

North Augusta started fast, establishing an early 12-2 lead.  Sheppard scored 13 points in the opening period.  Sheppard also added 7 assists, including 4 to fellow senior Tavarez Hall, who finished with 17 points.
